  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 med size very ripe bananas which have been mashed with the beaters
  • (approximately 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Frosting
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 box 10x sugar
  • 3-5 tbsp. mild added 1 at a time and beaten well after each addition. May not need all 5. Stop when icing is easily spreadable.
