Ribbon Gelatin Mold

Cream filling: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
- cup of each layer:
- Cream filling:
- 2 cups milk, boiling
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups water, 1 cup hot and 1/2 cup cold
- 4 pkgs. gelatin..1 pkg. of 4 different flavors
Carmel Crunch Cake

Mix the cake flour and 3/4 cup of sugar together
- Topping:
- 1 1/4 cups of sifted cake flour
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup egg yolks (6)
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup of egg whites (7 or 8)
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup of white corn syrup
- 3 tsp. sifted baking soda
Lemon Crisp Squares

Pour over hot crust-sprinkle remaining crumbs, bake 350 degrees 12-15 min
- Stir together:
- Crush to make 1 cup-set aside 1/4 cup
- 4 cups rice cereal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbls. brown sugar
- Press mixture into 8x8 (ungreased) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Combine-stir in 2 tbls. of reserved crums:
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- Stir in:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup gran. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Toll House Pan Cookies

Combine dry ingredients. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
- 1 rao, baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. chocolate morsels, 12 oz.
- 1 cup chopped nuts.
Corn Fritters

Cut corn off of cob to make 1 cup of cut corn
- 3-4 ears of fresh corn (may be cooked or not) or 8 3/4 oz. canned corn
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
Royal Marble Cheese Cake

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 6 oz. semi-sweet morsels
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup + 2 tbs. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese (room temp.)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 eggs (separated)
- 1 cup of sour cream
Hummingbird Nectar

Boil for 2 minutes and then let cool completely
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of water
Quick Buttercream Frosting

Have all ingredients at room temperature
- 6 cups of confectioners sugar
- 16 tbs. (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 4 1/2 tbs. milk, plus more, if needed
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Food coloring (optional)
Herb Roasted Chicken

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 tbs. dried sage
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 whole chicken (3 lb. 5 oz.)
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 onion, peeled
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 6 oz. new potatoes, parboiled
- 3 bell peppers, deseeded and cut into quarters
- 2 midium zucchhini, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- flat leaf parsley sprigs, to garnish
