Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- 4 qts., popped corn
- 2 1/2 Tbs. peanuts
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 1 cup, brown sugar
- 1/2 cup. corn syrup-light
- 2 Tbs. Molasses
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Dirt Cake

Cream thoroughly the cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar
- 1 1/4 pkg. of oreo cookies (crumbled in a blender)
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick of margarine or butter
- 1 cup of confectioners sugar
- 2 3 1/2 oz. boxes of instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 12 oz. Cool Whip

Strawberry Icebox Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 10 Graham Crackers (2 1/2 X 5 inches)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 5 tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cranberry juice
- 2 qts. strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced (reserve a
- few for garnish)
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
Blueberry, Jello Salad

Dissolve gelatin in hot water, let cool
- 2 3 oz. pkg. blackberry gelatin
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 15 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Pecans
Peanut Butter Blossoms

Add 1 unbeaten egg a 1 tsp
- Cream:
- Sift: 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Pasta Salad

Boil tomatoes until skin splits, cool
- 1 lb. pasta, campanelle
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup, fresh basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, fresh
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- balsamic vinegar
Impossible Brownie Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 eggs
- 1 bar (4 ozs,) sweet cooking chocolate, melted and cooled.
- 1/2 cup of Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of margarine or butter, softened
- 3/4 cup of chopped nuts
Chocolate Mint Squares

Remember not cut at room temp
- st layer:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 16 oz. can Hershey's Choc. Syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. in greased, floured 9x13" pan. Cool.
- nd. layer:
- 2 cups conf. sugar
- 2 tbls. creme de menthe
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Mix well like frosting, spread on cooled first layer. Let set.
- rd. layer:
- 1 cup chocolate chips (8 ozs.)
- 6 tbls. margarine
- Melt in a double boiler. Pour over green layer. Let it set. Cut while at room temp. When chocolate is too cool chocolate will creack when cut.
- Keep refreigerated.
Mother's Chicken Stuff

- 5 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut u[
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cab mushrooms
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix.
Eggplant Salad with Basil

Line roasting pan with aluminum foil and add eggplant
- 3 med. eggplants, cut in 1 1/2 in. cubes, not peeled
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbs. coarse salt
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
- Fresh pepper
- 1 cup chopped, fresh basil leaves
- 2 lemons, the juice only
