Green Beans-Steamed (Outback Steakhouse)

Steam green beans in either a steamer or your microwave until they are just done, you want them still firm
- 1 pound fresh green beans - french style are best
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2-2/3 cups whole milk
- 1 can (10 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained
- 1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- Sour cream

- For Sauce, Melt:
- 4 T. Butter
- 2 T. Flour
- 2 T. Chili Powder
- 1 t. Salt
- Heat until smooth, then add:
- 1 C. Tomato Sauce
- 2 C. Water
- Bring to a boil
- Add:
- 1/2 T. Garlic Powder
- 1 t. White Vinegar
- Simmer covered 20-30 minutes

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Finely Diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 cans (15 Ounce Each) Tomato Sauce Or Marinara Sauce
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Dash Of Sugar (more To Taste)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Grated Parmesan Or Romano Cheese, To Taste
- Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1-1/2 pound Fettuccine
Sesame Chicken Salad

In a large bowl, combine carrots, salad greens
- Dressing:
- 2 carrots, washed and peeled into thin ribbons
- 10 ounces of greens, I used a combo of spinach and romaine
- 1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
- 3 radishes, washed and thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 store bought rotisserie chicken, shredded or left-over roast chicken or cooked chicken breasts thinly sliced, etc.
- 1 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated finely
- 2 generous tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 generous tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, you could also use honey
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

In a container with a lid, combine all the ingredients
- 3 c. green leafy lettuce, chopped (like Romaine or Red Leaf)
- 3 c. baby spinach
- 1/2 c. chopped roasted red peppers
- 6 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
- 6 Tbsp. chopped black or Kalamata olives
- 1/2 c. marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 c. feta cheese, any flavor (I used Athenos lemon, garlic, and oregano)
- 1 c. chopped, grilled chicken
- 4 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
- 8 Tbsp. garbanzo beans

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
- Meat from 1 rotisserie chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 16 count, Large Big & Flaky crescent rolls
- 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste

- Ingredients:
- Starting with a good blender is a must to making this smoothie!
- Blend until fairly smooth:
- 1 cup cold water
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- Add and blend well:
- 2 good sized handfuls of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 apple, washed with the core removed and sliced, skin left on
- 2 heaping tablespoons honey
- 1 large carrot, rinsed, no need to peel
- Add and blend well:
- 1/2 cup whole rolled oats (we like Bobs Red Mill but any will do:)
