- Mix & let stand:
- 1 2/3 C. Warm Water
- 1 T Yeast
- Add:
- 3 T. Oil
- 1 1/2 T. Sugar
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 3 C. Flour
- Rise in a warm place for 10 minutes. Pat ball on a pizza stone & fork the dough

- Juice of 1 medium lime
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- Garnish:
- Sweetened coconut
