Blend all ingredients up and add 1 Cup of cold water
- 1/2 C. Olive Oil
- 1/2 C. Vinegar
- 1/4 C. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 C. Lime Juice
- 1 T. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 T. Salt
- 1/2 T. Garlic
- 2 Bay leaves

- 1/4 C. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 5 t. Poultry Seasoning
- 1 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- 2 C. Chicken Broth

Sweet & Sour Chicken

Dip chicken breasts in egg, then roll in cornstarch
- Sauce:
- 6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (I cut mine up into "tenders" pieces)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- cornstarch (naturally gluten-free) or flour
- oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 T ketchup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce or worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 t. garlic powder (I used minced garlic from a jar)
- Mix together in a bowl and set aside.
