Makes 8 half pints
- 2 1/2 cups finely chopped sour cherries (about 1 1/2 lb)
- 2 cups red raspberries
- 1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz) powdered fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Cheese Balls - Three-In-One

In a mixing bowel, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, onion and worcestershire sauce until mix is fluffy
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- coarsely cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) crumbled blue cheese
- minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tea. garlic powder
- finely chopped pecans
- Assorted crackers
Brunswick Stew, Easy

Make preparation easy - stop by store or your favorite restaurant for shredded pork
- 3 lb. cooked pork
- 4 cups frozen cubed has brown potatoes
- 3 (14 1/2 oz) cans diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can cream-style corn
- 2 cups frozen lima beans
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 tea. pepper
Crisp - Cran-Apple with Eggnog Sauce

In a small bowl, combine the pudding and eggnog until blended; cover and refrigerate until serving
- 2 snack-size cups (4 oz each) vanilla pudding
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 5 cups thinly sliced peeled tart apples
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
- TOPPING
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
Pickled Red Onions

Combine hot water, vinegar, sugar and 1/2 tea
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
- 2 serrano chiles, halved lengthwise
- 1/8 tea. dried crushed red pepper
White Fish - Grill Roasted Fish in Adobo Sauce (BBQ'd)

Sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance Maybe saute some sliced onions in a bit of the marinade sauce
- ADOBO SAUCE
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 5 dried ancho chile peppers (about 3 oz), stemmed, seeded and quartered
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
- 15 sprigs fresh cholantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. paprike
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tea. pepper
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 tea. ground cloves
- 4 6-8 oz. fresh or frozen white fish fillets
- lime wedges
Chicken - Sun-dried Tomato chicken

Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a lightly greaded 9x13 baking dish
- 1 (4 lb) package chicken pieces (3 breasts, 4 thighs, 3 legs)
- 1 cup sun-dried tomato vinaigrette with roasted red pepper dressing (test kitchen used Good Seasons sun dried tomato vinaigrette)
- 1/2 tea,. pepper
- chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- sliced fresh basil
Hot Potato Bites

Place potatoes in a large saucepan with enough water to cover
- 7 small potatoes
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno
- salt and pepper
- olive oil cooking spray
- chili powder, for sprinkling
Five Bean Soup

- For one batch of soup:
- 5 pkgs. (16 oz each) dre3id beans; lima, gr3at northern, kidney, pinto and split peas (enough for 4 batches of soup)
- 3 Tbsp,. minced chives
- 1 tea. dried savory
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. cumin
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 1/2 qts. water
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes
Egg Rolls - Baked Southwestern Egg Rolls

In a large bowl, combine everything but the egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 package egg roll wrappers (about 24 total)
- Salsa for diping
