BBQ Grilling Sauce (chili sauce/orange marmalade)

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients
- 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
- 1 jar (10 oz) orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tea. celery seeds
Chex Mix - crock pot recipe

Put all ingredients into your crock pot, then drizzle the butter mixture over the top and toss until well mixed
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup bite size bagel chips, broken into 1" pieces
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups rice Chex
- 3 cups Wheat Chex
- Butter mixture
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tea. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tea. onion powder
- dash tabasco
Rhubarb Relish

Yield: 3 1/3 cups Nice condiment to poultry, pork or beef
- 2 cups finely chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
- 2 cups finely chopped onion
- 2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 1/2 tea. allspice
- 1/4 tea. cloves
- 1/4 tea. pepper
Orange Zucchini Jam

Boil zucchini carefully about 6 minutes until clear
- 6 cup grated raw peeled and drained zucchini
- 6 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed pineapple & juice
- 6 oz. box orange jello
Pancakes - Cornmeal and Bacon

In a medium bowl, combine cornmeal mix, flour, sugar and bacon
- 2 cups self-rising yellow cornmeal mix
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 5 Tbsp. canola oil, divided
Reuben Chowder

- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 slices rye bread
- 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3 cups milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 12 oz. deli corned beef, diced
- 1 cup (4 ozs) shredded mozzarella cheese

- TARRAGON BUTTER
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon (or 2 tea. dried)
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tea. minced chives
- 21 garlic clove, minced
- dash pepper
- GARLIC BASIL BUTTER
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 tea. minced fresh basil
- 1 1/2 tea. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tea. garlic powder
- fresh sage and thyme
- HERB BUTTER
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. minced chives
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tea. dried thyme
- 1 / 4tea. salt
- dash garlic powder
- dash cayenne
- hot cooked corn on the cob
Nuts - Spicy in the crockpot

Combine the nuts, oil, worcestershire sauce, chile powder and garlic powder in the slow cooker
- 4 cups (1 lb) pecan halves
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/4 tea. red chile powder, preferably New Mexican
- 1/2 tea. garlic or onion powder
- 1 1/2 te3a. coarse sea salt, or to taste
aDressing: Margarita Mayo Dressing

- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. gold tequila
- (or use 3 Tbsp. orange flavored tequila)
Upside-Down Cake - Rhubarb

This cake has a crumb "topping" that actually ends up on the bottom
- Topping:
- 4 T unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/4 C sugar
- Coarse salt
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for buttering cake pan
- 1 pound rhubarb, trimmed and cut on a very sharp diagonal about 1/2" thick
- 1 3/4 C sugar
- 1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- Coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp finely grated orange zest, plus 1 T fresh orange juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
