Benihana Cream Sauce

Whisk togethe3r all ingredients and refrigerate covered until ready to use
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1 tea. dry mustard, dissolved in 1 tea. water
Individual Potato-Bacon Frittatas

Place potatoes in a large saucepan, and cover with water
- 3/4 lb. small red potatoes (about 6)
- cooking spray
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 garlic coves, minced
- 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded swiss cheese
- 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1 3/4 cups egg substitute
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Vegetable spray
- 2 large russet potatoes, roughly peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
aDressing: Olive Garden Salad Dressing

Prepare Good Seasonings Italian Seasonings Dressing as it states on back of packet
- 1 packet Good Seasonings Italian Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. table salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 TB mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 TB white vinegar
- 1 1/2 TB water
Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce (for chicken on skewers)

In a small saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tea. salt
Jamaican Coconut Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tea. baking powder
- 1 / 4tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. nutmeg
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups grated coconut
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 4 oz. butter, melted
Romaine with Turkey and Dried Cranberries

In a small bowl, blend cranberry sauce, mayo, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tea. Dijon mustard

- 2 hearts of romaine, chopped (8 cups)
- 1 - 1/2 " thick sliced smoked turkey (about 8 oz.), diced
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Cauiflower - Roasted Whole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Remove bottom leaves and trim stem, but without breaking it apart
- 1 head cauliflower
- fresh thyme
- fresh oregano
- 2 by leaves
- 4 cups chicken broth or enough to cover cauliflower head in the pot
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- pepper
- seasoning salt (I used Badia Adobo seasoning but Paul didn't like it)
Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut bacon in half
- 12 slices bacon
- 24 Tater Tots

- 1 1/2 lb., new potatoes, halved or quartered if large
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 8 garlic cloves, smashed
- 5 sprigs thyme
- salt and pepper
