- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 tea. vanilla
- STREUSEL
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup (2/3 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 2 cans (20 oz) pineapple slices
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 9 maraschino cherries, cut in half

- 1 lb. hot sausage (Jimmy Dean)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 stalks celery, diced
- 2 med. onions, diced
- 1 (12 oz) pkg. herbed stuffing mix
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth

- 3 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tea. Spanish smoked paprika
- 1/2 tea salt
- 1/2 tea. cumin
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (2 lb) pkg. pork tenderloins
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 (8.8 oz) pouches ready-to-serve long-grain and wild rice mix
- 2 bacon slices, cooked and coarsely crumbled
- chopped fresh chives

Chicken Bacon Bites

- 12 bacon strips, halved
- 10 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 24 cubes
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tea. grated from ginger
Potatoes - Cast Iron Potatoes

Butter the inside of a cast iron skillet and layer half the potato slices on the bottom
- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (1/8")
- 4 Tbsp. butter, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups mild cheddar or jack cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups milk
- Paprika, as needed
