Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 tea. ginger
- 1/2 tea. nutmeg
- 2 tea. crushed chiles de arbol
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 5 cups cubed french bread
- 1/2 cup raisins
- cinnamon, cayenne, and brown sugar for dusting

- BOURBON SAUCE
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 Tbsp. apple cinder
Potatoes - Crispy Parmesan-Rosemary Roasted

Cut each potato into quarters
- 2 pounds red potatoes (about 6-8 medium), peeled
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced rosemary leaves
- 8-10 garlic cloves, peeled
Tenderloin w/ onions and dried cranberries

Sprinkle pork with 3/4 tea
- 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 1 tea. salt, divided
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cups (1/4" thick) slices onion (about 3 medium)
- 1 cup light beer
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Upside Down Cranberry Crunch

- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
- 1 3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1/2 tea. ground cumin
- 2 1/2 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes
Potato Sausage Soup

Brown sausage in a large Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 16 oz. frozen has browns (4 cups)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 cups milk
- Garnish: shredded Cheddar cheese

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
- 2 pounds new baby potatoes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Hungarian paprika
- Ground garlic
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Enchilada Cream of Chicken Soup

In a large saucepan, combine the soups, milk, chicken, enchiladas sauce and chilies; mix well
- 1 can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 2/3 cup milk
- 1 can chunk white chicken, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies

Sweet & Spicy Asian Pork Shoulder

In slow cooker, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, ginger, 5 spice, 1/2 tea
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp. Chili-Garlic sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tea. Chinese 5 spice
- salt andpepper
- 2 1/2 lbs. pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat, cut into 2" pieces
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 med. head bok choy, thin sliced
- 2 scallions
Dip - Holiday Pumpkin Dip (with dried chipped beef)

Beat together the cream cheese, pumpkin, garlic, onion, cumin, and chili powder until smooth and creamy
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tea. cumin
- 1 tea. chili powder
- 1/3 cup minced dried beef (found in jars on grocer's shelf)
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Rbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 logn, skinny baguette, thinly sliced on the diagonal
