- 28 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 2 oz. jar pimentos, drained and chopped
- 10 3/4 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- dash of pepper
- salt to taste
Chicken Corn Chowder

- 1 3/4 lg. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" pieces

- 1/2 tea. pepper

- 3 cups frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
