- 6 oz. can tomato sauce
- 12 oz. bottle stout beer (Guinness)
- 2 tea. freshly ground rosemary
- 1 ta. thyme
- 1 tea. sage
- 1 tea. basil
- 1 tea. oregano
- 1 tea. black pepper
- 1 tea. salt
- Boneless chuck or rump roast
- .88 oz. pkg. beef gravy mix
French Toast - Baked French Toast w/ Praline Topping

Directions Slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each

- 1 loaf French bread (13 to 16 ounces)

- 2 cups half-and-half

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- Maple syrup
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Rhubarb-PIneapple-Strawberry Jam

In a large kettle, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and pineapple
- 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, crushed
- 11/2 cups finely diced fresh or frozen rhubarb
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 pkg. (3 oz) strawberry jello

Breasts - Mexican Chicken w/ Almond-Chile Cream

Combine almonds and chile pepper in a blender or food processor; process until mixture resembles coarse meal
- 3 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 tea. ground ancho chile pepper
- 4 (6 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tea. salt, divided
- 1/4 tea. black pepper
- 2 tea. butter
- 1 tea. oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. Mexicana crema
Mexican Corn Pudding (in cast iron skillet)

Combine water and evaporated milk and bring to a boil
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 up corn kernels
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chile (your choice)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Seafood Cocktail Sauce

- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 / 4tea. Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
