  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fish sauc
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 Thai chili peppers, minced
  • Combine the water and sugar in a sealable jar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
