- Strawberry Frosting:
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

You can use regular milk, but the buttermilk makes the pancakes lighter and fluffier
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 TBS cooking oil
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Beat the egg and then add the buttermilk and soda.
