- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 slice bread
- 1/4 small onion

- 2/3 c. Cardini's original Caesar Dressing
- 1/3 c. light mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. light sour cream

- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
