Better Than Miracle Whip

Place the egg yolks in the bowl of a stand mixer and attach the paddle
- 3 large egg yolks, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 3/4 cups light olive oil
PLAIN JANE LETS LOOSE CUPCAKES

Heat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate liqueur

- 2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 cans drained mandarin oranges
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or
- tidbits, drained
- 1 (20 oz) can fruit cocktail
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows

CRANBERRY CAKE
