- Dough
- 2 cups + 2 tbsp of unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of graham (or whole wheat) flour
- 1 cup of dark brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp kosher or coarse sea salt
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch cubes and frozen
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 5 tbsp whole milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- Topping
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions For the dough: Pulse the flour, sugar and salt in food processor until combined
- Dough:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut in pieces and chilled
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut in chunks and chilled
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 2/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- Egg Wash:
- 2 egg yolks

- 1 jar(s) creamy peanut butter
- 1 pkg cool whip, 8oz
- 1 jar(s) caramel syrup, to taste

PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN TENDERS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 10-12 chicken tenderloins, about one pound
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Hellmann’s or Best Foods Light)
- 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian flavored breadcrumbs or Japanese Panko breadcrumbs
MRS. DASH SALT FREE SEASONING BLEND

- 1/4 cup crushed dried minced onion flakes*
- 4 teaspoons crushed dried vegetable flakes (Schilling)*

- 1/2 cup chopped shelled pistachio nuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries (or dried cherries)
- Note: If using unsalted nuts, add 1/4 teaspoon salt to the flour
