FORGET-ME-NOT TEA (HOT OR COLD)

To serve, stir 2 heaping Tablespoons tea mix into 8 oz
- 1 15 oz jar orange tang-type mix
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened tea mix
- 1/2 cup sweetened lemonade mix
- 1 package cherry Kool-aid (0.14 oz, unsweetened)
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
DELICIOUS COFFEE CREAMER

Measure all ingredients into a 32 ounce container (with a cover), seal container and shake vigorously
- Flavorings (your choice):
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- Chocolate Almond: 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Vanilla: 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Cappuccino: 1 teaspoon almond extract, 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- Strudel: 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon almond extract.
- Chocolate Raspberry: 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT COOKIE MIX

Mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda
- 1-1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
- 3 coarsely chopped white chocolate candy bars (1.4 oz.)_
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

Mix all in airtight container
- 11 c. powdered milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 11 oz. Coffee Mate
- 2 # Nestle Quick Powder
- 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 small box instant chocolate pudding
GLOGI

(Christmas drink from Scandinavia)
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 1-1/2 c. white sugar
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 (3”) cinnamon stick
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle red wine
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
BALSAMIC-DIJON CHICKEN

Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag in a shallow dish; set aside
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme or basil or 1/2 tsp. dried
IRISH FLAVORED CREAMER

Combine all ingredients and place in jar or plastic bag
- 1 pack butter mints, crushed
- 2 cups chocolate malt mix
- 1/2 cup Nestle's quick
MANGOS AND BERRIES WITH KAHLUA SAUCE

Combine all berries, sugar and Kahlua in a blender and blend until smooth
- 1 pint strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 pint raspberries, washed
- 1 pint blackberries or blueberries, washed
- One third cup sugar
- One half cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur
- 4 mangos, peeled and diced

- 2 - tubes crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 c. sugar (or less)
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 12 oz. Mountain Dew soda 1 1/2 c.
PETITS PAINS AU CHOCOLAT

- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed, each sheet cut into 12 squares
- 1 large egg beaten to blend with 2 tbsp. water (glaze)
- 4 3.5 oz. bars bittersweet or milk chocolate, each cut into six 2x3/4” pieces
