Twice Baked Rosemary Blue Potato Mash (5 Ingred)

Butter a 6 to 8 cup shallow baking dish
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for baking dish
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary leaves
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 6 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- Kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups crumbled blue cheese (recommended: Shropshire blue)
Garlic Chicken with Couscous (Restaurant Chef)

Chicken: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Couscous:
- 2 whole garlic bulbs
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 large bunch thyme, leaves only
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, toasted and ground
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 (4 to 5-pound) chicken, cut into 8 to 10 parts

- 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 cup Sugar

- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons (additional) All-purpose Flour (rounded Tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons (heaping) Instant Coffee Granules
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt

Tuscan Lemon Chicken
