CUT MEAT INTO 1 INCH CUBES, PLACE INTO MIXING BOWL. SAUTÉ ONIONS AND GARLIC FOR 3 MINUTES, THEN LET COOL, COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS POUR OVER MEAT AND ADD IN SAUTÉ GARLIC AND ONIONS,
MIX WELL AND PLACE IN FRIDGE OVER NIGHT, RUN THROUGH MEAT GRINDER WITH 1/4 INCH PLATE AND MAKE INTO PATTIES COOK AND ENJOY, OR MAKE INTO SAUSAGE LINKS AND COOK FREEZE FOR LATER USE
