Valentine's Day Ribbon Jello

A tasty Ribbon Jello dessert with a Valentines colored theme. Get creative and use an assortment of flavors/colors for your next special event.

Ingredients

• BOTTOM LAYER:
• 6 ounces Cherry Jello
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 cups cold water
• MIDDLE LAYER:
• 3 ounces Lemon Jello
• 8 ounces Cool Whip
• 1 cup hot water
• 1/2 package mini marshmallows
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 can Kerr's pineapple/coconut juice
• TOP LAYER:
• 6 ounces Pink Jello
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 cups cold water

Preparation

Step 1

BOTTOM LAYER:

Dissolve jello in hot water, then add cold water. Pour in deep dripper pan. Chill until partially set.

MIDDLE LAYER:

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add marshmallows & stir to melt. Remove from heat. In a blender, add Jello mixture, Kerr's juice & cream cheese. Beat until well blended. Cool. Mix in mayonnaise & cool whip. Pour over bottom layer. Chill to set.

TOP LAYER:

Dissolve Jello in hot water, then add cold water. Chill alone until syrupy. Pour over the rest of the layers.

Chill to set & serve.
