Ingredients
- 1/2 cup spaghetti, broken
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cu p water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Toast spaghetti in a pot over medium high heat with butter. Stir in rice, add chicken broth, water, garlic and salt. Boil 3 minutes, then stir, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, smash the garlic. Stir in more butter and cilantro.
