Sausage Skillet Dinner

  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lbs red potatoes
  • 6 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 3 sausage links
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

1. Cut sausage into pieces and brown in large skillet.

2. Lay the vegetables in skillet and cover with water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; add dill weed and parsley.

3. Cook covered on medium heat until vegetables are done.
