Ingredients
- 1 jar Kraft Old English cheese
- 1 T. mayonnaise
- ¾ stick butter
- 1 package English muffins
- 8 oz. Crabmeat

Step 1
Mix cheese, mayonnaise and butter together in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until well mixed. Remove from heat and stir in fresh crab. Split the muffins and spread with crab mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze until firm, then remove and cut each muffin into quarters or eights. Store wedges in a freezer bag in the freezer. When ready to use, place on a baking sheet and brown slightly under broiler. This only takes a minute or two so watch them closely.
