Maple Cream Pie

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups maple syrup
  • 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 9-inch pie shells, partially baked
  • whipped cream
  • chopped toasted walnuts



Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat the eggs, adding flour gradually. While beating, slowly pour in the syrup and cream. Pour this into the pie shells.
3. Bake pies 40 minutes. Let them cool to room temperature. Serve topped with whipped cream and chopped toasted walnuts.
4. (Pie may be refrigerated.)
