Ingredients
- 1 Green pepper, diced
- 2 Pimentos, diced
- 1 Tbsp. English mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp. White pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Lbs. Lump crabmeat

Preparation
Step 1
Mix well all ingredients except crabmeat. Stir in crabmeat and mix lightly,
so lumps are not broken. Divide mixture into patty shells. Top within coating of mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 375 to 400 degree oven for five to eight minutes.
