Ingredients
- Sauce:
- salt
- pepper
- garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c white wine
- 1/2 c white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c shallots
- 1/4 c pepper
- 1/2 c butter

Preparation
Step 1
Trim ribs. Add salt and lots of pepper to both sides. Add a lot of garlic to both sides. Marinate a few hours or overnight. Grill.
Sauce:
Combine all ingredients.
