Roasted Brussels Sprouts


Brussels sprouts roasted in the oven are simple and delicious! A splash of white balsamic vinegar adds just the right amount of acidity to complement this side dish.

  • 12 medium Brussels sprouts
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • White balsamic vinegar

Step 1

Quarter the Brussels sprouts and gently place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Roast in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with a splash of white balsamic vinegar
