Creamy Chicken Penne

  • 5/6 slices Bacon
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Cream



Step 1

Cook 5 or 6 slices of bacon; drain
cut chicken into pieces and cook in bacon grease; add salt and pepper, paprika and Italian seasonings: cook about 2/3 done
Add 2 cups spinach, 2 cloves garlic, 2 cups small tomatoes chopped up
Saute then add 1 1/2 cup cream, 1 cup parmesan, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, cook slowly. Add 10 oz cooked penne

Add crumbled bacon, stir and serve. Top with parley and parmesan
