  • 2 cups semi-frozen watermelon
  • 12 strawberries
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons water, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the watermelon into bite sized cubes and freeze for 2-3 hours.

De-stem the strawberries and cut in half.

Add the watermelon, strawberries, mint, and honey into blender.

Blend for 20-30 seconds or until smooth and frothy.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: If smoothie consistency is too thick add water a tablespoon at a time and blend.
