Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 16 oz. chicken broth
- 1 tsp.@ fresh thyme, rosemary, oregano chopped
- s & p
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cups couscous

Preparation
Step 1
Bake hazelnuts at 350F for 15 minutes. Place in towel and rub to get skins off. Chop. Bring broth, herbs, s&p, and garlic to a boil. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff up with fork and fold in nuts.
