Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat rotini
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 3 cups mushroom sliced
- 8 cherry tomatoes halved
- 3/4 c. feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 c. green onions chopped
- 4 ounces black olives

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pasta al dente according to package directions, drain. Mix together cooked pasta, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, mushrooms, tomatoes, feta cheese, green onions and olives. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve cold.
