Indian Broiled Snapper with Curried Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon dill weed, 1/2" cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 pounds red snapper
- 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend mayo, yogurt, parsley, dill, curry, honey, and soy sauce until smooth and fluffy. Set aside.
2. Season snapper with curry powder and broil about 5 minutes per side in buttered pan. Remove top with sauce and return to broiler until sauce is slightly browned. Serve with any remaining sauce on side.
Notes: Can use any boneless chicken. Boneless skinless thighs work well
