Lamb Marinade

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic, pressed
• 2 T dijon mustard
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 T soy sauce
• 1 1/2 t rosemary chopped
• 2 T lemon juice
• 1/4 c olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mash garlic to paste with salt.
Whisk in rest of ingredients, olive oil last. to make mayo like cream.
May need to double depending on size of lamb.
