Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh asparagus, diagonally sliced
- 4 cups Red delicious apples, cubed, unpeeled
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried whole dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 6 curly lettuce leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Drop asparagus into a large saucepan of boiling water and cook 1 minute.
Drain and plunge into ice water; drain well.
Combine apple and lemon juice in a large bowl and toss well to coat apple.
Add asparagus and raisins and toss gently.
Combine remaining ingredients and toss gently.
Cover and chill 3 to12 hours.
