Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

  • 8 medium jalapeños
  • 6 oz ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 oz cream cheese (add more to if desired)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste



Step 1

1. Brown ground beef...season with salt & pepper
2. Cut peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds
3. Spread cream cheese inside each jalapeño half
4. Add ground beef on top of cream cheese
5. Cut each slice of bacon in half length-wise. Wrap the bacon around the jalapeños, be sure to trap in the filling in the pepper
6. Place poppers on a baking rack and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
