Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 lbs eye of the round roast meat sliced for sandwich steaks
  • 2 bottles of teriyaki light low salt
  • garlic powder
  • McCormick crushed red pepper
  • 2 ziplock freezer bags
  • 1 tsp liquid smokie

Preparation

Step 1

pour 1 bottle of teriyaki sauce into each zip bag
Add garlic 1 Tbsp to each bag
Add Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp. to each bag
close zip bag and shake thouroughly
add 1/2 the meat into the zip bags and shake thouroughly 2 to 3 minuites
refrigerate for 2 hours
repeat instructions for second bag
place in food dehydrator for 12 hours approximately
