Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems reserved
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 slice bread, finely grated
- 1 tsp celery leaves
- 4 T parmesan
- 1 slice American Cheese
- 2 T butter, melted
- 2 T oil
- 2 T milk

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee reserved stems and onion in oil. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl then add sauteed stems and onions. Bathe mushrooms in melted butter. Stuff with mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min.
