Ingredients
- 2 -16oz pkg cocktail wieners or small cooked smoked sausage links
- 12 jar pineapple preserves
- 1/2 T finely shredded lime peel
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 t Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 t ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- few dashes bottle hot sauce
- lime wedges, optional

Step 1
Put all ingredients except lime wedges into a crockpot and cook on low heat setting for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Serve immediately with toothpicks. If desired garnish the plate with lime wedges
