Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz. bag rotini tricolor pasta
- 4 5 green onions, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 ½ cups of frozen peas
- 1 ea. (15 ¾ oz.) can whole olives, drained and each olive cut in half.
- 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 cup low-calorie Italian dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and cool, add vegetables and cheese. Add dressing and toss. Chill about an hour before serving.
Yield 12 servings
