  • 1 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion
  • 8 large pimiento stuffed green olives, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
