  • 1 lb. FARFALE PASTA (butterfly pasta)
  • 1/2 SMALL RED ONION SLICED THINLY
  • 1 RED BELL PEPPER SLICED
  • 1 YELLOW BELL PEPPER SLICED
  • 2 MEDIUM CARROTS SLICED
  • 1/8 lb. RED CABBAGE SLICED THINLY
  • 1/4 lb. BROCCILLI FLOWERETS
  • PECORINO RAMANO CHEESE TO TASTE
  • ITALIAN DRESSING TO TASTE
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE (be careful with salt the cheese is very salty)

Step 1

COOK PASTA 8 OR 9 MINUTES, PASTA MUST BE ALDENTE, ALL OTHER VEGGIES ARE RAW. WHEN PASTA IS COOLED ADD ALL VEGGIES THEN THE SALAD DRESSING AND THEN THE CHEESE TO TASTE.
