Ingredients
- 1 lb. FARFALE PASTA (butterfly pasta)
- 1/2 SMALL RED ONION SLICED THINLY
- 1 RED BELL PEPPER SLICED
- 1 YELLOW BELL PEPPER SLICED
- 2 MEDIUM CARROTS SLICED
- 1/8 lb. RED CABBAGE SLICED THINLY
- 1/4 lb. BROCCILLI FLOWERETS
- PECORINO RAMANO CHEESE TO TASTE
- ITALIAN DRESSING TO TASTE
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE (be careful with salt the cheese is very salty)

Step 1
COOK PASTA 8 OR 9 MINUTES, PASTA MUST BE ALDENTE, ALL OTHER VEGGIES ARE RAW. WHEN PASTA IS COOLED ADD ALL VEGGIES THEN THE SALAD DRESSING AND THEN THE CHEESE TO TASTE.
