Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 1 pt fresh tomato sauce
- 1 tb olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp crushed chili pepper
- 1 tb parsley, finely chopped
- 2 oz parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Preparation
Step 1
1) Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 9 minutes). Drain and leave on the side.
2) Put a skillet on medium heat and pour in the olive oil. Saute the garlic until golden and add crushed chili pepper. Add the fresh tomato sauce and the pasta. Toss and sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese before serving.
* Add parsley last or else it will taste bitter.
