Pasta with Peas and Ham

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - divided
  • salt
  • 1 lb. Farafelle pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3/4 cup cooked ham - cut into dices



Step 1

In bowl combine lemon juice, pepper, olive oil, half the cheese and pinch of salt. Mix well. Set aside.

Cook pasta according to package. When there are only 2 minutes left to cooking time, add peas and ham.

Drain well and place in bowl with lemon juice mixture. Mix well and top with remaining cheese.
