  • 1/2 lb Bay Shrimp
  • 1/2 lb Oysters
  • 1/2 lb Clams
  • 1/2 lb Crab
  • 1/4 lb Salt Pork or Bacon (diced small)
  • 1 Onion or 2 Lrg Shallots chopped
  • 2 - 3 Cups of Water (to Cover)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • Chopped Chives as much as you like
  • 1 Loaf Crusty French Bread
