- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Glaze
- 1 tablespoon solid vegetable shortening
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

- 2/3 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 20 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for deep-fat frying
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel

- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Layer 1:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup cool whip
- Layer 2:
- 2 regular sized pkgs instant pistachio pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- Topping:
- cool whip
- chopped almonds
Apple Buttery Pear Pie

1.Preheat oven to 350F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, and coat with nonstick cooking spray
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Pinch of ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 cups, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced Granny Smith apples
- 2 cups, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced Bartlett pears
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 (14.1 oz) package refrigerated pie crust
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp milk
- Sparkling sugar, optional

Drop shrimp into a pot of boiling water and cook until shrimp turn pink, 2-3 minutes
- 1 1/2 to 2 *1 1/2 to 2 cups medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 *2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 *1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 5 *5 tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 *4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 *1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 *1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 *1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1 *1 teaspoon paprika
- *Salt and Pepper
- 2 *2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with the juice (don't drain)
- 1 (3.5 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping

Unbelievably Easy Roast Beef

- 1 2.5 lb boneless eye-round roast, tied
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon + 1 tablespoon olive oil
