- 1 large onion
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 jalapenos
- 4 seranno chiles
- 10 chile de arbol
- 1 dried guajillo chile
- 2 chipotle peppers
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 lemons, juiced or 3 limes
