- 3 C. unsifted flour
- 2 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1 C. real mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- nutmeg, cloves, salt - tsp.
- 3 C. peeled, chopped tart apples
- 1 C. raisins soaked in 2 tab. Dark rum
- C. chopped walnuts

- Ingredients
- Serves 8.
- 4 tablespoons safflower oil
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped onion (from 1 medium onion)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) pinto beans, drained, liquid reserved
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 to 2 pickled jalapeno chiles, minced
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese, grated (1 cup)
- 6 scallions, thinly sliced
- 6 ounces pitted black olives, chopped
- 1 to 2 bags tortilla chips, for serving
- Assemble this classic dip in glass jars for a single-serving appetizer.

- Thumb sized piece of fresh ginger.
- A handful of the green part ofspring onion leaves.
- 4 bird's eye chillies ( I like food spicy, less if you like mild )
- 2 tbsp of fresh oregano leaves ( I read that these are great for candida )
- 1 lime.
- Butter for frying.
- Salt and pepper. ( to your taste )

- Cook pasta: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add 12 ounces pasta and cook according to package directions.
- Meanwhile prepare one or the pasta sauces below.
- Before draining pasta, scoop off about & cup of the pasta cooking water. After draining, return pasta to pot along with reserved cooking water. Add sauce and toss to mix.
