Chicken Noodle Soup

Directions: Place the chicken, including neck and back, in a large soup pot
- Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, cut into 10 pieces, neck and back reserved
- 2 large onions, quartered
- 3 carrots, halved crosswise
- 3 ribs celery with leaves, halved crosswise
- 2 parsnips, halved crosswise
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
- Salt and pepper
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley stems, plus 1/3 cup chopped parsley leaves

Onion Strings

Egg Drop Soup
